Pillars of Focus
Goal: To support, elevate and attract diverse women to all aspects of the tennis industry in Florida.

INSPIRE
Women already play a huge part in the tennis industry, and that’s worth celebrating every day. Seeing other women succeed can inspire the next generation of girls and women to get in the game.
Check out our latest features on Women in Tennis, join us for upcoming Happy Hours, and let us know if there is a woman you would like us to spotlight.

Represent
Despite their many roles in the tennis business, women are still under-represented as speakers at conferences and meetings. USTA Florida is created a new Women in Tennis Speakers Bureau to actively recruit women presenters and mentor women who would like to advance their own speaking skills.
If you are a speaker who would like to be added to the bureau, send us your bio and photo to be added to our list. If you are a meeting or conference organizer, view our full list of women speakers and topics below.

Recruit
USTA Florida is committed to working with our industry partners at USPTA and PTR to recruit new and diverse tennis coaches and directors of tennis. Today, only 20 percent of certified coaches are women. It’s time to change the game.
If you are a woman who wants to coach, our USTA Florida community coach program will offer in-person and online training and mentorship. Register for an upcoming session today.
