USTA National Campus in Orlando to Host TRX Cardio Tennis Training Course

General News

The USTA National Campus in the Lake Nona area of Orlando will host a TRX Cardio Tennis Training Course on Sunday, April 30, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The TRX Suspension Trainer is a highly-portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. TRX is fully integrated into the physical training of all four branches of the U.S. military, and can be found in the locker rooms of Major League Baseball teams, National Football League teams, UFC fighters, and Olympic-level cyclists, swimmers and runners.

This 8-hour course teaches how to incorporate TRX into Cardio Tennis programs and how to make it a success at a tennis facility. After completing the course, participants will have a strong understanding of delivering TRX Cardio Tennis with 7-16 participants on court; correctly setting up and using the TRX Suspension Trainer on a court including indoor options; learning how to demonstrate over 30 TRX exercises; learning the benefits of TRX Cardio Tennis; accessing TRX Cardio Tennis Trainer resources; and cueing and correcting common faults when using the TRX Suspension Trainer.

Participants can save $145 off the course fee when they join the Cardio Tennis Instructor Network.
