Free USTA Tennis Strength and Conditioning Basics Webinar on July 18

The Lab Powered by Net Generation will host a free tennis Strength and Conditioning Basics webinar on Thursday, July 18, 2019 from noon-1 p.m. EDT.

The Lab is a performance-focused content series powered by Net Generation, where tennis coaches, parents and community members of every level have the opportunity to learn from the best and each other.

The webinar is hosted by Jen Fallon, USTA national strength and conditioning coach for USTA Player Development, who will focus her presentation around the basics of strength and conditioning related to athlete development. She will discuss tactics used at the national level for groups and individuals alike.

Fallon, based in Orlando at the USTA National Campus, was formerly a part-time strength and conditioning coach both at USTA National Training Center West and EXOS in Carson, Calif. She also completed an internship with EXOS, formerly Athletes Performance, in Los Angeles in 2011. She graduated from Washington State University with a B.S. in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology in 2011. She holds the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
