ESPN2 and ESPN3 will show tonight’s 2016 BNP Paribas Showdown, featuring Serena Williams vs. Caroline Wozniacki and Stan Wawrinka vs. Gael Monfils, as part of the World Tennis Day festivities across the globe.
ESPN3 will stream the action beginning at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8 from Madison Square Garden in New York. In the opening match the current world No. 4 Wawrinka will take on Monfils.
ESPN2 will broadcast the Serena vs. Wozniacki match at 11 p.m., covered by broadcasters Patrick McEnroe, Brad Gilbert, Mary Joe Fernandez and Tom Rinaldi.
Serena will gauge her level against her friend and former No. 1 Wozniacki, playing her first match since losing in the final of the Australian Open to Angelique Kerber.
The BNP Paribas Showdown will also air live in Spanish on ESPN Deportes+ and internationally on ESPN’s networks in 57 countries throughout Latin America including in Portuguese in Brazil and in English in the Caribbean, plus Canada and the Pacific Rim.
