Orlando Millennial Tennis League Starting at USTA National Campus in September

General News Social Adult Tennis News

Social tennis for players age 18-39 will be coming to Orlando when the Orlando Millennial Tennis League debuts on Sept. 27, 2018, at the USTA National Campus.

The six-week league will be played on Thursdays from 7:30-9 p.m. for players in the 3.5-5.0 NTRP range.

“The format will be either modified World TeamTennis, or Up and Down the River where winning courts move up and losing courts move down the line, depending on the number of players that show up that day,” says USTA Florida Local League Coordinator Ron Lyons.

Social tennis leagues, like intramural softball or adult kickball, can satisfy the desire for competition while keeping the focus on fun, meeting new people and hanging out with friends.
