Next week’s webinar from The Lab, Powered by Net Generation, will feature USTA National Women’s Coach Lori Riffice on “Navigating the Parent and Coach Relationship.”

The Monday, June 10, noon-1 p.m. webinar will dive deep into the relationships between players, parents and coaches. Riffice will walk through key pillars to developing a strong relationship, and how you parents maintain these relationships successfully.

Riffice is a USPTA certified professional with 31 years of diverse professional coaching experience. She is currently a national coach for USTA Player Development, based at the USTA National Campus in Orlando. In this role she identifies junior girls, and helps establish relationships between players, coaches, parents and the USTA. As part of USTA Player Development she works with other national coaches, training and traveling with older age groups.

Additionally as part of USTA Player ID and Development she is on the team that creates the format for the USTA sectional, regional, and national camps.
