The Academia Sanchez-Casal (ASC) in Naples, Fla., in May will debut two consecutive USTA Pro Circuit $25,000 women’s events sponsored by Germain BMW of Naples.

The circuit tournaments will be held May 7-14 and May 14-21, 2017.

Last year’s USTA Pro Circuit stops in Naples included players such as Cici Bellis and former world No. 1 junior Taylor Townsend.

In addition to the series tournaments, ASC will again host a Kids’ Day on May 13 from 10 a.m.-noon. The event is free for children with advanced registration.

The USTA Pro Circuit was formed in 1979 to provide players with an opportunity to gain the professional ranking points they need to compete on the major pro tours. It has since grown into the largest developmental tennis circuit in the world, consisting of approximately 90 tournaments and nearly $3 million in prize money.
