Love to Learn Program Wraps Up First Round at Crandon Park Tennis Center
Crandon Park Tennis Center just wrapped its first round of Love To programs, and the results were fantastic. Love To is USTA Florida’s friendly on-ramp to tennis, built to help players pick up a racquet, find their footing, and fall for the game. It runs in two stages: Love To Learn and Love To Play.
Love To Learn is for adult beginners, whether you’re brand new to the sport or making a comeback after time away. Sessions are all about fun: drills, games, and low-pressure friendly competition using red, orange, and green balls. Because it’s built for newcomers, professional coaches guide players through the fundamentals, from grips and strokes to keeping score.
Big congratulations to the three players who completed our six-week Love To Learn program:
- Stefan Avram
- Thabata Zago
- Natalia Zviagina

Love To Play is the next step, designed for players who’ve finished Love To Learn or a similar program. Here the focus shifts to mentored match play with orange or green balls. It’s a little more independent, giving players room to put their skills into action and get a feel for how the game flows, all while having a great time.
A huge cheer for the players who completed our six-week Love To Play program:
- Elsa Corbett
- Jackie Cush
- Johan Reyes
- Sebastian Loor
