The National Tennis Association will host a charity meet-and-greet with author and former ATP star James Blake on Saturday, April 13, 2019 from 8-10 p.m. in Sarasota, Fla.
“James will be teaching clinics and participating in a pro-am event and exhibition,” says National Tennis Association Executive Director Judi Edwards. “At the end of the evening he is graciously attending a meet-and-greet book signing with proceeds benefiting the National Tennis Foundation. Some of our Atlanta Chapter NTF kids will be in attendance.”
Ticket price includes a copy of Blake’s new book, Ways of Grace: Stories of Activism, Adversity, and How Sports Can Bring Us Together, cocktails and appetizers, an opportunity to meet Blake and the chance to get to meet NTF student athletes.
Proceeds benefit the National Tennis Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to the development and advancement of under-served student athletes by providing opportunities through tennis and project-based educational and leadership programs while promoting academic excellence, healthy living, personal responsibility and character development.
