USTA Florida is encouraging tennis volunteers who are passionate, innovative and strategic thinkers to apply to serve on one of the organization’s various committees. The application process for these volunteer positions is now open for the 2021-2022 term.
USTA Florida committees are comprised of dedicated volunteers who provide important direction for the organization’s work. From guiding big programs to ensuring financial oversight and stability, USTA Florida is seeking volunteers with diverse professional backgrounds to help the organization grow, serve its communities, and fulfill its mission to “Promote and Develop Tennis for All.”
“USTA Florida is an organization that wants to impact lives through the sport of tennis while also growing the sport,” said Dana Andrews, USTA Florida President-elect. “Whether your desire is to work with adults or children, those with special needs or economically challenged, the requirement to volunteer is not that you are a great tennis player, but that you have a heart of service. Your time will be well spent!”
