Future of Florida Tennis on Display at 2025 Bobby Curtis Doubles Junior State Championships

USTA Florida held one of its most prestigious events as the 2025 Bobby Curtis Doubles Junior State Championships. Athletes from across the state teamed up for some great tennis at the USTA National Campus, and the matches were great. 

Unfortunately, USTA Florida had to cancel a few draws due to weather. Below breaks down which draws were canceled. 

• For all Divisions 
  • Mixed Competition Canceled 
• For 18s & 16s Division 
  • Third/Fourth Place Matches and Consolation Draw were Canceled 
• For 14s & 12s Division 
  • Championship and Third/Fouth Place Matches were Canceled 
  • Consolation Draw was canceled 

Despite battling rain for the entire tournament, the players were leaving everything that they had on the courts. There were tons of matches that were coming down to the wire, especially in the Boy’s and Girl’s 18s division, which saw extremely competitive tennis being played.
