The USTA Florida Public Tennis Park Fellowship is a two-year, full-time development program for tennis enthusiast. Fellows gain real-world experience in public park tennis operations and community recreation leadership.
You’ll rotate through USTA Florida-managed facilities, learning everything from event planning and facility management to budgeting and community engagement.

Year 1
*On-court enrichment is included throughout the program*
+Fellows will be required to travel between USTA Florida Managed Facilities frequently during designated semesters for several months at a time.+
Year 2
This Fellowship is a full-time education & development program for tennis enthusiast. Fellows get compensated while gaining real-world experience in public park tennis operations and community recreation leadership.
