*On-court enrichment is included throughout the program*
+Fellows will be required to travel between USTA Florida Managed Facilities frequently during designated semesters for several months at a time.+

Business of Park Management

Year 2

  • Facility Budgeting & Capital Planning
  • Public vs Private Facility Methodology
  • City Relationships, Contracts & Financial Reporting
  • Staff Development & Recruiting
  • Will acquire Level 2 tennis teaching certification
  • Facility Tennis Programming
    • Includes but not limited to: Adaptive, Wheelchair, Community, Adults, Junior, etc. 
  • Facility Long Term Planning & Recruitment
  • Business & Site Evaluation
  • Advocacy
