is the General Manager of USA Tennis at the USTA, leading an expanded high-performance division that integrates Player Development, Pro Circuit, Collegiate, Junior Competition, and International Team Events. In this role, she oversees athlete development and competitive pathways for juniors and professionals, fostering alignment, innovation, and holistic player support.
Previously, Tracy served as Managing Director of Major Events and Competitive Pathway, where she unified national junior competitions, collegiate tennis, and the transitional tour, and managed Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup teams. She also directed major events like the Orange Bowl and NCAA Championships.
Her career began as Player Development Director for USTA Florida, later becoming a national coach and holding roles with the ITF and South Africa Tennis Association. Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA in finance from Tennessee Technological University.
