Katie Milligan

Katie Milligan is a seasoned customer support professional with over 14 years of experience across both the hospitality and nonprofit sectors, including Firehouse Subs and the Public Library of Science. Her expertise spans recruitment, training, managing call center operations, social media engagement, and review site management.  Katie also served as the chair of the Firehouse Subs Health and Wellness Committee, combining her passion for leadership with a commitment to staff well-being.  Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, catching live concerts, cheering on the Jacksonville Jaguars, and hitting the tennis courts.
