The USTA Florida Tennis Summit is SOLD OUT.

To not miss a minute of the Tennis Summit, plan to arrive between 10:30am and 12:00pm on Friday, November 14^th.   

Our Networking & Vendor Area will open at 10:30am on Friday and will be open throughout the weekend. The Welcome Luncheon featuring a Fireside Chat with USTA Chairman of the Board, Brian Vahaly and USTA Florida President, Chuck Gill will be served on Friday, November 14^th at 12:00pm and will kick off the weekend festivities.

The weekend will conclude on Sunday at 10:00am.

Check-In: Upon arrival, our friendly staff will check you in at the Panzacola Registration area.  Please see a team member and have your ticket available for scanning or indicate your full name.

Parking: There is a $32.00 parking fee for self-parking. The oversized vehicle rate is $60.00 per day, and Valet parking is also available for $45.00 (plus tax, subject to change)

Friday:
Casual for all meetings. Please plan to wear sportswear if you are going to participate in the tennis activities during the casual, outdoor Sunset Social on Friday evening, or if you plan to participate in any physical activities throughout the weekend. 

Saturday/Sunday:
Business casual is appropriate for Saturday and Sunday meetings and meals.

Additional Notes: Remember that meeting rooms may be cold or warm, so please bring appropriate layers. The networking area will have mini courts set up throughout the weekend, and the hotel’s tennis courts are reserved for our use on Friday and Saturday.
