The No. 6-seeded Ritschard in the final defeated unseeded Martins Podzus of Latvia 7-6(7), 6-4.
The 25-year-old graduated from the University of Virginia in 2017 and is on the verge of cracking the Top 300 on the ATP rankings. Ritschard in the semifinals had to work to overcome Brazil’s Daniel Dutra da Silva 2-6, 6-1, 6-2, while Podzus defeated American Alex Rybakov 6-4, 6-3.

Americans Justin Butsch and Rybarikov won the doubles title, in the final defeating the Swedish-Spanish pair of Simon Freund and Jaume Pla Malfeito 2-6, 7-5, 12-10.
