USTA Florida will virtually hold our Annual Meeting of the Membership on Saturday Dec. 5th from 10am to 11:30am EST.
Member Organization Voting Delegates and Board Members are invited to attend. Delegates will vote via a text message service during the meeting. You must provide your cell number when registering.
For recording purposes, you MUST REGISTER to participate in this meeting.
- November 28: Last day to add or update delegates to vote at this meeting
- December 5, 9:45am EST: Delegates log in so we can confirm attendance and establish a quorum
- December 5, 10:00am EST: The meeting begins

Only approved delegates may vote, and you must attend the virtual meeting to vote. Voting happens by text message, so add your cell number when you register.

The meeting is virtual, on Zoom, on Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 10:00am to 11:30am EST.
For voting and recording purposes, you must register via Zoom in advance. Delegates vote by text message, so include your cell number when registering.
Under the USTA Florida Bylaws (Article 3, Section 2: Delegates), each Organization Member has one delegate, and each delegate has one vote. Each delegate is appointed or elected under their Organization Member’s own policies, as long as:
The delegate and the organization they represent are current USTA members
The delegate is at least 19 years old
The delegate represents only one Organization Member
An Organization Member may also name an alternate delegate, who must meet the same qualifications, in case the registered delegate can’t serve.
Individual Members are welcome to attend but don’t have voting rights. Check the Organizations and delegates tab above to make sure your listing is accurate.
The meeting is open to anyone in the State of Florida. Only approved delegates may vote.
