USTA Florida’s All-Girls Tennis Camps kept the momentum going this past weekend with another stop on the 2026 tour! Backed by the organization’s ongoing Women in Tennis initiative, each camp offers girls hands-on coaching, a supportive community, and real connection with the women leading the way in tennis today.
Palm Beach Gardens Tennis & Pickleball Center
This past weekend, USTA Florida partnered with Love Serving Autism (LSA) to host another All-Girls Camp at Palm Beach Gardens Tennis & Pickleball Center on Saturday, September 19. Similar to Fort Walton’s All-Girls Camp, this camp empowered girls to see that they have a place in all aspects of tennis and sports.
The weather was perfect for the camp, welcoming 24 girls of all ages and abilities to the courts! LSA coaches joined to help the girls train and learn more about the sport. The event included stretching, an obstacle course, cooperative ball rolling, volleys, forehands, backhands, rallying, and a game of Queen of the Court. After a day filled with educational drills and games, the girls completed the day with lunch and making positive tennis crafts to take home. A bonus panel featuring Kathy Rinaldi (retired WTA professional, WTA President, and Captain of the Billie Jean King Cup), and Brenda Schultz-McCarthy (retired Dutch WTA professional) filled the event with insights on their experiences on tour, advice for parents, nutritional guidance, and entertaining stories.

Partnering with USTA Florida for an all-girls inclusive camp gave our athletes and their new friends a space to grow, connect, and simply have fun playing the game they love,” said Lisa Pugliese-LaCroix, Love Serving Autism Founder. “We’re so grateful to every coach, volunteer, and family who made September 19 so special.”
This camp is one piece of a bigger picture, USTA Florida’s continued push to open more doors for girls and women in tennis statewide. Camps like this one help girls sharpen their skills, build real confidence, and form lasting connections with the women coaching and mentoring them.
