About this Event
Tournament Dates: August 9-11, 2025
Registration: Sectional registration opens approximately 3 weeks prior to the start of the event. Captains of qualifying teams will notify their players once the registration period begins.
Minimum Player Registrant Deadline: July 27, 2025, 11:59 pm, EST (8 player minimum)
Entry Fee: $50.00 per player

- Players registering after August 4, 2025, 11:59 pm EST will not receive guaranteed sizing for the player t-shirt. No exceptions.

Team List & Schedule: The schedule will be posted in TennisLink no later than August 4, 2025, 5:00 pm, EST.
Team Captain Conference Call: A mandatory Question and Answer conference call will be scheduled for August 3, 2025, at 7:00 pm EST. The team captain or team representative must be on the call. Captains may email questions before the Q&A. Additional captain and event information is located at the link below.
Team Captain Check-In: On the first day of play immediately after the completion of each team’s first match.
