Kristin Browning

Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Kristin moved to New Smyrna Beach, Florida as a child and considers it her hometown. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Master’s Degree and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Southeastern University. She also earned her HR Transformation Certificate from Cornell University. With over ten years of progressive experience in People & Culture, Kristin specializes in leadership development, organizational strategy, and creating thriving workplace cultures. She is passionate about supporting team members of all levels, helping them grow, build confidence, and thrive in their roles. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing, exercising and boating.
