Originally from South Florida, Justin built his foundation in tennis through years of competitive play and early coaching experience before stepping into leadership roles across several racquet‑sports facilities. He has served as Director of Tennis at Sunrise Tennis Academy, where he oversaw junior development and guided athletes to 27 college scholarships and multiple national‑level achievements.
Justin later founded DiMaio Tennis Academy, a two‑year program known for its family‑centered culture, technical development, and strong community engagement. His background also includes leadership positions at The Moorings Yacht & Country Club and Sunrise Tennis Club, where he managed multi‑site operations, adult programming, major events, and staff development.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Furman University and maintains certifications including USPTA Elite Professional, PTR, USTA High Performance Coach, and Certified Racquet Sports Executive. Justin specializes in player development, program design, and clear, supportive communication with families and athletes.
When he’s not on court, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, exploring creative projects, and staying active outdoors.
