Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Jaret moved to Orlando to pursue a degree in journalism from
the University of Central Florida. Jaret completed four years at UCF while interning for the
Athletics department. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, with a minor in Sports
Business Management. He worked for two years at the Orlando Sentinel, and recently covered
esports and video games for a media company. Jaret specializes in creative writing and
communications. When he is not working, Jaret is watching sports or hitting the gym.
