Genesis brings a strong background in research, data management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, with experience spanning pharmaceutical manufacturing, clinical research, and public health initiatives.
Prior to joining USTA Florida, Genesis worked as a Quality Control Analyst at Pfizer, where she supported data-driven quality processes in a highly regulated environment. She also served as a Research Assistant supporting epidemiological and clinical research programs and has been actively involved in patient-focused outreach and research coordination efforts through the Huntington’s Disease Foundation of Puerto Rico.
Genesis earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, recently completed her Master of Science in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Health Science at Nova Southeastern University.
In her new role, Genesis will support data analysis, research initiatives, and business intelligence efforts that help drive informed decision-making across the organization. We are excited to have her analytical mindset, research expertise, and commitment to continuous improvement on our team.
