Advocacy is public support of a key issue or topic.  Here in Florida, we advocate for tennis – that means more tennis players, more coaches and more courts.  Being an advocate for tennis is easy.  You just have to communicate with decision-makers in your community that tennis is the best investment we can make and share your tennis story and information with anyone you can.
