IMPORTANT JUNIOR TOURNAMENT SEEDING POLICY UPDATE
Beginning in mid-July, ALL USTA Florida section Jr. Tournaments will utilize the National Standings List (NSL) for both selection and seeding for ALL tournament levels L3 through L7.
There are many benefits players earn because of their ranking – selection into National and high-level section events as well as seeding positions in tournaments.
2021 GREEN BALL CHAMPIONSHIPS
USTA Florida will once again be hosting the annual Bobby Curtis Green Ball Section Championships to be held at the USTA National Campus in Lake Nona, FL on the “Team USA” Hard Courts.
The Tournament will be held on September 25th and 26th.
Registration for this tournament will open at 8:00AM EST on Monday July 19th, 2021.
Entry in the tournament will be a 32 draw for both Boys and Girls and selection will be based on the following eligibility requirements:
1. Must be a USTA Florida Section resident as determined by their membership
2. Must be either Green Ball level on the Playtracker or Mission Complete
3. Must meet age requirement of 10 yrs. Or younger
They will be selected based on when they register for the tournament and confirmation that they are eligible.
