Please include the dates/times you are available\, and if you have a preferred location / duties.\nName: Carol Haffield\nEmail: sciencequeen@yahoo.com \nLooking for:  \n\n3 volunteers at Palm Beach Gardens Tennis & Pickleball Center each day (May 10-24)\n2 volunteers at The Country Club at Mirasol each day (May 11-22)\nWe would prefer it if volunteers can work multiple days and are able to commit to a minimum of  15 hours over the course of the event.\nVolunteers will receive lunch each day they work PLUS an event shirt (which they will be asked to wear while volunteering)\n\nWhat type of duties do you need volunteers for\nCheck-in/registration desk \nDistribute items\nPhoto/video – shortlist best photos from the day to send to partners and for social \nOther\n\nWorking on the Tournament Desk\n\nTaking scores\, answering questions\, assisting with any transportation issues and requests\n\n\n\nTournament news\n\nCreate 3-4 news snippets each day from matches to share with partners for sharing on social media if required\n\n\n\nDrivers \n\nInsured drivers\, for either driving their own car (gas reimbursed) or the tournament’s rented 15-seater passenger van. Volunteers will need a regular driver’s licence and insurance paperwork. Driving will be local and within Palm Beach County.
