What is the Quest for the Golden Ticket?<\/p>\n
Winners & finalist from this tournament will be invited to compete in the Sectional tournament tenatively set for January 2025. Winners and finalists of the Sectional tournament will receive a Golden Ticket and advance to Nationals tenatively set for April 2025.<\/p>\n

When are Singles? Saturday, October 5th, 2024<\/p>\n
When are Doubles? Sunday, October 6th, 2024<\/p>\n
Guaranteed at least 2 matches!<\/p>\n
FORMAT:<\/p>\n
MATCH FORMAT: Best two of three short sets, 7 pt tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set.
\nGAME FORMAT: First to 4 games wins the set. If set is 3-3, play a 7 point tiebreak
\nSCORING FORMAT: No-ad scoring will be used. The receiver chooses which side the point is played.
\nTIEBREAKER AT # GAMES ALL:
\nSet-Tiebreaker:
\nFirst to 7 points by 2 coman Style.<\/p>\n
3rd Set Tiebreaker First to 7 by 2 coman style.<\/p>\n
Round robin play will be used in all divisions. All divisions need a minimum of 3 players for singles and 3 teams for doubles in order to be played.\u00a0 Multiple flights may lead to a semifinal or final depending on draw size and may be played the following day for singles.<\/p>\n
Please read the below description for Secional and National Eligibility:
\nFor all Florida NTRP Regional Qualifiers, self-rated (S) players may participate, but MUST achieve a USTA computer (C), tournament (T) or appealed (A) rating before being eligible to advance to the Sectional NTRP Qualifier or National NTRP Championships. In the event that a player does not achieve the eligible rating for any reason, the next eligible player\/team will be invited (based on the procedure outlines in Friend at Court).<\/p>\n
If you are a Self-Rated player, please work with your USTA Local Play Coordinator to determine a strategy for achieving a rating.<\/p>\n
