Originally from New Braunfels, Texas, Andrea played tennis and was the ladies team captain at Our Lady of the Lake University, then went on to graduate from Texas State University of San Marcos after a two-year transfer with a degree in Political Science. Andrea went on to become a Returned Peace Corps volunteer in the rural interior of Cocle, Panama. From there, Andrea moved to Florida to follow her passion and pursue a career in tennis. What Andrea loves about tennis is its accessibility for players of all ages and skill sets. Whether you are retired and your body is not moving like it used to, or you are young and have little experience swinging your racket. Tennis helps us grow on and off the court, developing skill sets and healthy habits, and adapting to adversity through competition and sportsmanship. When Andrea is not working, she enjoys the occasional craft beers from around the world, live music, as well as hiking and playing tennis.
