Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.  It’s a fun group activity for anyone at any playing level looking for a fun way to burn calories & interact with others outside of the gym.

Social Play

Social tennis events are a great way to get together with friends, meet new people, and have fun on court.  These events are typically informal get togethers with tennis play and other activities.  Contact your local tennis clubs to find out what is offered in your area.  


XGLOsive

Turns the lights out and turn up the GLO for a fun expereince on court for all ages.  XGLOsive turns traditional tennis into a fun, no-pressure social experience for people of all ages and abilities. Unlike traditional tennis events, XGLOsive takes the pressure off and turns the music and the fun way up.

College Club Tennis

College Campuses throughtout Florida host Tennis On Campus Clubs.  The Clubs are perfect for staying fit, making friends, and having fun.  Whether you are just starting out or are an experienced player, the Tennis On Campus is for every level of player.

Social Leagues

USTA Florida adult social leagues and play events stress fun and social tennis over competitive play.

Organized in 4-6 week leagues or one-time events, social play offers the fun and sociability of tennis without a multiple-month commitment.  

 

Team Play

Team play is a great way to get on court for fun competition in your area and against others throughout the state.  There are USTA Leagues for all ages and skill levels offered through out the year many of which have opportunities to advance to state-level and national-level championship competition. 

 

 

Tournament Play

Tournament play doesn’t have to stop after your junior years.  There is tournament play for various levels of play throughout Florida.  There are Adult Tournaments in traditonal torunament formats or alternative formats such as “Fast Four” for various divisions.
