Annual Meeting

Show the Love! Our Annual Meeting & Tennis Celebration Weekend is when we recognize those who have made outstanding contributions to tennis throughout the year and to showcase exciting initiatives that will help us all grow tennis in 2017 and beyond.

Show The Love

Get Your Bid On

We’ve hunted down some stellar donors to provide you with a chance to win great prizes in our online auction, including signed memorabilia, vacation, tennis and spa packages.  Register ahead of time to check out the items and bid anytime (additional items coming). Winners will be announced Saturday night during our Starry, Starry Night Awards.

Play 50/50 Tennis Roulette

Join us Friday evening on the tennis courts, as Mal Washington and Martin Blackman team up with some great amateur players in this fun take on a Calcutta-style tennis event. There will be three matches (Amateur v. Amateur, Pro v. Pro, and Am/Pro v. Am/Pro). You purchase one or more raffle “boxes” online. Scores are randomly assigned to the boxes (that’s the roulette part), and if your box has the final match or series score, you win half the pot!

And, be sure to stop by the USTA Florida and USTA Florida Section Foundation display areas to learn about programs and win some WINE!

Don’t miss the first Wine Toss game at the USTA Florida Annual Meeting and Tennis Celebration Weekend!   So how does this work?  You bring a bottle(s) of wine and donate it for the Wine Toss game.   Forgot to pick up a bottle of wine before the meeting?  No worries, just stop by the nearest grocery store on your way to the hotel.

All of the donated wine will be displayed at the Wine Toss game located at Portico by the Foundation table.  So purchase your rings and toss away!  Whatever you RING, you WIN!  For $1, you get 1 ring; $5 gets you 6 rings; $10 gets you 15 rings and $20 gets you 35 rings.  Come play and even if you don’t win, it’s fun!   All proceeds goes to the USTA Florida Foundation.

If you would like to donate wine, please let us know how many bottles you will be donating so we have the proper setup.

Note – Expenses cannot exceed the 30 cent per mile calculation X2.
